October Giveaway: Terms and Conditions

  1. Promoter: ITSKINS Australia Pty Ltd, ABN 97 670 788 833, Office 5, 9-11 Surfers Ave, Mermaid Beach QLD 4218 ("ITSKINS Australia", "we").
  2. Promotion period: opens Wednesday 1 October 2026 at 7:30pm AEST and closes Friday 31 October 2026 at 5:00pm AEST (Brisbane time).
  3. Who can enter: Australian residents aged 18 or over. Employees of the promoter, their immediate families and our agencies can't enter.
  4. How to enter: during the promotion period, on any of our competition posts:
    • Instagram (@itskins_au): follow us, like the post, and comment your answer to the question. Bonus entries: each different real friend you tag in your comments earns 1 bonus entry, up to 5 bonus entries on Instagram.
    • TikTok (@itskinsau): follow us and comment your answer. Bonus entries: each different real friend you tag earns 1 bonus entry, up to 5 bonus entries on TikTok.
    • Facebook (ITSKINS Australia Page): follow the Page and comment your answer. One entry per person on Facebook. Tagging or sharing on Facebook doesn't earn extra entries.
    • Entering on more than one platform earns an entry on each platform: up to 3 base entries plus up to 10 bonus entries per person.
    • Sharing the competition is welcome but doesn't earn entries.
    • Tags must be of real people who could be interested; fake, business or duplicate accounts don't count.
  5. Eligibility to win: at the time of the draw, the winner must be following ITSKINS Australia on Instagram (@itskins_au), Facebook (ITSKINS Australia Page) and TikTok (@itskinsau). We check this before the prize is awarded.
  6. Prize: one winner receives a $100 ITSKINS Australia voucher.
    • Supplied as a one-use discount code for itskins.com.au, valid for 60 days.
    • It's usable on any product sitewide.
    • It isn't transferable or exchangeable for cash, and any unused balance is forfeited.
    • Total prize pool: $100 (incl. GST).
  7. Draw:
    • Time and place: Friday 31 October 2026 at 7:00pm AEST, at the promoter's office, Office 5, 9-11 Surfers Ave, Mermaid Beach QLD 4218.
    • Method: a random computer selection from all valid entries, weighted by each person's number of valid entries.
    • The full entry list and the result are kept for 12 months.
  8. Winner notification:
    • The winner is announced on our Instagram, Facebook and TikTok (first name and last initial or username) and contacted by direct message by Saturday 1 November 2026.
    • The winner must reply within 7 days.
    • If they don't, or they don't meet clause 5, a redraw happens on Monday 10 November 2026 at 12:00pm AEST at the same place, and that winner is notified the same way.
  9. Invalid entries: we may disqualify entries that are offensive, spam, automated, made from fake or duplicate accounts, or break these terms.
  10. Liability: to the extent permitted by law, the promoter isn't liable for any loss arising from the promotion or the prize, except for any liability that can't be excluded by law (including the Australian Consumer Law).
  11. Privacy: entrants' details are used only to run this promotion and contact the winner.
  12. Platforms: this promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, Instagram, Facebook (Meta) or TikTok. Entrants release those platforms from all liability.
