How do I earn rewards points?
You earn 3 points for every $1 spent on eligible orders. You can also earn bonus points for creating an account (200 pts), birthdays (300 pts), leaving product reviews (150-250 pts), and following us on social media (100 pts each).
How do I redeem rewards?
Sign in to your account and open the Smile rewards panel. You can redeem points for free shipping, express shipping upgrades, dollar-off coupons ($5, $10, $20), or a 10% discount. More options become available as you earn.
What are VIP tiers?
As you shop with ITSKINS, you progress through three tiers: Shield (everyone), Armour ($300/year), and Titanium ($600/year). Higher tiers earn more points per dollar and unlock exclusive perks like free shipping on every order and early access to new products.
Do my points expire?
Points remain active as long as your account is active. VIP tier status resets annually, so keep shopping to maintain your level and enjoy the best rewards.
